Yes. We do it because it's the fastest way to show you what we actually do. If you're in good shape, we'll tell you — and that's the end of it. If there's something to fix, we'll tell you what it is and what it would cost. You decide from there.
Will you try to sell me more after?
Only if the evidence shows you need it. We make our money by being right, not by keeping you engaged. If you don't need us after the check or the session, we'll tell you plainly.
What if my problem doesn't fit one of these three?
Contact us anyway. Smaller projects get scoped individually. If we can't help, we'll point you somewhere that can — no charge for the conversation.
How long does each of these take?
Email check: 3–5 business days. Strategy session: scheduled within a week. Project work: depends on scope, but you'll have a flat quote before we start anything.
I'm not tech-savvy. Is this too complicated for me?
